Why doesnt Jon Jones exit USADA's testing pool while he's out bulking up for HW

Because Jon can “pulse” with a pass anyways. I don’t even think USADA cares with him. Rules are only for fighters that smoked weed or used over the counter Walmart vitamins like DHEA
the threshold for m3 is the same for everyone.......

Yikes. You couldn't be more wrong.

UFC: USADA cases now won't be announced until after they're resolved

"Moving forward, the promotion will no longer announce potential anti-doping violations committed by fighters – until their cases are resolved."

Speaking of "fucking stupid"...

Yeah. There’s definitely a solid chance of this happening

“If an athlete has a positive drug test, we aren’t putting them in a fight until their case is resolved – but what we can do is give the athlete an opportunity to adjudicate their issue without the public rushing to judgment,” UFC Chief Legal Counsel Hunter Campbell told ESPN.com. “Announcing the test result creates this narrative around the athlete before people understand the facts.”

Ahh no we wouldn't.

It serves no promotional purpose to finalise his judgement till its basically over.

You'll see.
the promotion doesn't control this.

and you think it serves promotional purpose to announce jones had been secretly suspended and now is done with his suspension and booked for a title shot? c'mon.......

You don’t have to leave the testing pool of a FAKE drug testing agency to use PEDs. USADA, as it pertains to the UFC and PEDs, is not legit and never has been, they’re in-house on the payroll, not independent, so they take orders from Dana. Nobody is publicly popping without his say so, and anyone UFC wants could have a green light to juice.

There’s rumors that Jon has been serving a 2 year suspension for something and that’s why he hasn’t fought. It’s almost 2 years to the day now after the Reyes fight and he’s finally talking about a comeback.. do the math and connect the dots. They swept whatever he did this time under the rug to avoid the conversation about why he’s not being cut, while others get cut for far less.
that's like saying EY or pwc takes orders from their clients......

lol at rumors. rumors posted by morons on sherdog......

I presume that was sarcasm or don't you follow financial news?

again, you conspiracists don't understand there is a class action lawsuit going on. they have access to emails and company records. if they were conspiring with usada to give preferential treatment to specific fighters in violation of their official policies while not doing so for less important fighters it would be damaging to the case. as would illegal payments to usada or usada officials. i know conspiracies are fun and all.....

i presume you don't deal with auditors......

sure there are some rogue cases.....

but suggesting that just because they are paid means they by definition take orders from the payor is simply false.

If announced the only thing to talk about is his repeated testing failures until he has a fight booked.

Much better to announce the ending suspension at the same time he has fight booked.

so announce they ignored their actual policy for a star fighter and gave preferential treatment to ease the fallout? that's much better? lol......

This is not insane.

"Until proven guilty" ...

It only depends on how they are allowed to fight while being seriously flagged.

Sure - many fans will miss being able to say "Where there's smoke there's fire, this guy has had 5 USADA flags but they didn't nail him - he's doping for sure" - but that's not really right. Either we should trust USADA or not at all - if someone really wants to bury shit they do it either way - why make it a people's court.

I don't think there is any special payments, jones/ufc are simply drawing out the case for as long as possible so that any suspension will be effectively served by the time its announced.

As a prolific offender he is looking at a long suspension.

Maybe Sherdoggers can believe he is an innocent guy who is just unlucky to repeatedly get tainted supplements more than any other fighter and unlucky to be the first guy whose tainted supplements still show up years later, (even when everyone else is on drugs apparently), but I am no such Sherdogger.

Considering he barely gets tested anymore, doesn't really matter. In 2021 his testing rates dropped dramatically between the first half of the year and second half, culminating in a pathetic 1 test in Q4 if I recall correctly. Either USADA is complicit, or Jon is gaming the system, or both. Probably both.

Usada don't have to announce infractions until resolved, correct. If a 2 year suspension had been placed on my goat and yours then it would of been resolved and announced.

Resolved does not mean at the end of the suspension lmao
What they are saying is that he was flagged for a violation, and is tangling up the process with constant appeals, so he isn't technically suspended, just delaying the announcement of the suspension until the amount of time he will receive has passed. They won't suspend him after all of the appeals starting at the end, they will give him retroactive credit from the time of the test he was flagged for.

Not saying I think this is the case, but that is the argument, which is entirely possible as far as I can tell.
