Why doesnt Jon Jones exit USADA's testing pool while he's out bulking up for HW

None is so blind as those who refuse to see.

If you can't intuitively see why Jones (and the ufc)would want less press coverage of (their biggest name) getting caught again for peds, I doubt my ability to explain it to you sufficiently.

1, he’s not their biggest name.
2, if he’s suspended again it will be for a long time.

Again, you seem to think it’s in the UFC’s interest to intentionally delay beyond any plausibly explainable time line an inevitable reporting of a lengthy suspension from another violation. It makes no sense. You get MORE press coverage because you not only have the news of another suspension but also news that they delayed the release of the information for years contrary to any reasonable expectation. Again, they have published rules on how long these things are supposed to take. It’s comical that people think this is the MOST LIKEY thing going on. It cant possibly be that jon is just sitting out, bulking up and strategizing his next move, opponent and pay.

Who is their biggest name?

Even if you don't think he is, you couldn't dispute him being one of the biggest.

Explanation = long appeals process.

If you have anything you can point to detailing the maximum length of time the whole process can take I'd be interested to know.

Jon has never sat out this long, only times that are close are suspensions.

He is 34.

Maybe he is just sitting out by his own choice, but I'd put money down that he isn't.
 
They’ve bent rules for Jon before, not reason they won’t again.

He may not be suspended right now but my money is on lawsuits, arbitration and appeals extending the process to prevent USADA from announcing any failed tests.

There is no long appeals process. I linked to the arbitration process above. You go to arbitration, and the process isn’t long. 30 days after u agree on who will be the arbitrators you have a hearing. 90 days after the hearing you have a decision. You can potentially extend within those parameters but not for years.

again it’s ridiculous to think he’s been in an arbitration process for years.

he wouldnt of been fighting francis on short notice. after he beat reyes was when jon first called out francis.
 
LOL. Cause contrary to what he makes people try to believe he wants nothing more to be accepted . And this won't help that case lol

I thought the suspension theories were debunked because they only keep it private until you lose your appeal. After that, it's public knowledge.
