why do you lift?

I lift because it gives me confidence. I love fighting, it is the ultimate conflict. You see guys at the gym doing preacher curls and trying to look pretty. I was a skinny mother fucker til i was in 8th grade. I started lifting and kickboxing, jiu jitsu, and now boxing. When I lift I feel powerful. I am now 5 10 167 all muscle. I am in peak condition and its all thanks to lifting and fighting. URBAN was talking about labels. I graduated high school last spring. When I left I had the label as: " the nicest guy in the world, until you fuck with him." Lifting smart gives me a strong body, and also, a strong mind
 
the text book answer for an athelete is Injury Prevention...but I train because I want to be "bigger. faster, & stronger"
