So I just threw that out to talk shit (which I tend to do a lot) but I suppose a case can be made that carrying extra mass is harder on your heart even if muscle. But I would also contend that if you are natty and staying within your genetic limits, you aren't going to put much undue stress in your heart as you would if you were on the sauce.
If anything carrying a bit extra muscle is good for burning extra fat, since muscle is metabolically expensive to maintain.
If you're trying to get jacked though that usually involves bulking and cutting cycles and that probably isn't great for you in the long-run, even when done in moderation. You're essentially forcing your body to go where you want it to.
