If fighter 1 beats fighter 2 who is a top ten fighter then fighter 2 falls out of the top ten following the fight with fighter 1 then fighter 1 still has beaten a top ten opponent

What are you talking about. If you beat someone who was in top 10 at the time of the fight you have a top ten win. It doesnt matter he then leaves the top ten after the fight or later.
