I can't really think of anyone else who has been a perennial contender for years but has never recieved a title shot

It's your own TT, why would you come up with someone like Bisping?

AO and Gus have better resumes than Bisping imo. And have not gotten title shots yet.

    Hendricks also

    Clay Guida

    Kampmann

    Does Hendricks count?

G Sot was riding a nice streak, now he will likely never get one.

    Gustafason / Phil Davis count?

    Hendricks is the only answer

Fitch, Koscheck & Kampmann in a row yet has to fight Ellenberger.

Actually he's still in the top ten. He's ranked 9 on sherdog right now.

I agree that Bisping has lost every fight against elite competition. But Stann was a solid top 10 MW when Bisping beat him.

Probably his only top 10 win imo

Bisping for sure. Jim Miller has also been a beat for quite some time. Before December, I would have said Nate Diaz.
