Lol whittaker with his passive aggressive trash talk is so lame. You can tell he absolutely hates Izzy and that Izzy has gotten under his skin, but his trash talk is just lame.

"Not as good as he thinks he is" - the guy viscously knocked you the F out twice in your own home country. Not a good look to say that to someone who had you doing the stanky leg.

Average performance by Izzy against Vettori? When is the last time Rob finished any fight? 2017? He has decision after decision yet people talk about him like he's some finishing machine and Izzy is just a boring point fighter.

Whittaker is scared shitless. He was already on record hoping Vettori won because he didn't want to fight Izzy again. The guy is a nice guy but he is just weird. And I don't think he mentally handled the fact Izzy beat him last time, as evidenced by his year long time away.

People really hate Izzy but do you really want Whittaker as MW champ again? Lol if you do get ready for one title fight every year, constant pullouts, boring press conferences, etc

Are you kidding about Anderson? There's a tonne of love for Anderson on these boards even after popping, shit did you not see the comments about Weidman from vengeful Silva fanboys when he snapped his leg in the Hall fight?

Its fine. Some people like it and some dont. The amount of fans he has gained speaks for the success of his approach (combined with his fighting skills).
But come on! Saying Izzy isnt as good as he thinks now somehow justifies the tirade Izzy went on just at their pressconference (not to mention he went after Rob the whole year before that)? You are literally nitpicking two things Rob said abiut him when Israel himself was nonstop trashtalking Whittaker.

Nothing more silly to rate a fighter's career based on one fight he confortably won by the way.

Now knowing what he did in the MW division and considering the fact he's a very active champion who takes risks by testing himself in the superior division, it's is day&night as opposed to whitaker's output.

For now, until he loses adesanya is undoubtly the best. Period

Look what Whittaker did in his last fight. Takedowns. He even said he worked heaps on his takedown.
I reckon that was for preparation for Izzy when he saw the success the Yan has against Izzy
