Tomorrow is going to be ugly if my hamstring DOMs doesn't go away.

How long did you do the judo and jiujitsu stuff before you dropped it?
 
About a year. Mostly judo. I did one tournament. I actually enjoyed it a lot. Someday I will get back into it. Right now I am obsessed with powerlifting though.
 
I got some lovely quad DOMs for the first time in awhile today... Got the lactic acid out for a lil awhile, but it's still there... Hopefully it's gone by Thursday.

Since I need to focus on squat for the time being, I am going to squat first on both lower days from now on. My deadlift is my best lift, and goes up with my squat, so since my squat kind of lags this makes sense. This was another high stress day, and it was hard as hell. Pause squats are a fucking lift created by satan. Only one more day of high volume, then a nice medium week.
 
Ive been meaning to ask this for a few weeks, and I'm sure youve already mentioned it and I just missed it, but what does the "@9" etc mean?
 
Someday I will lift so much weight something on my face starts bleeding.
