Only once really, the last set was kind of a rest pause set because I fucked up my set up. I'd be lying if I said they went up easy, but I'm feeling great about my squat right now.
 
I just checked and tomorrow I will be doing three sets of doubles with 85%/410lbs. :P

Not a great day, the 550 was a train wreck. I got it up to above my knees and my grip slipped, but my hips shot up too early and I never would have locked it out. Oh well, I'll get it at the meet for shizzle. Also forgot to charge my batteries from the Arnold and my camera was dead. Chase holds on to the deadlift lead...for now.
