I'll jump on the Hepburn method eventually after I stall out, but probably no time soon.
 
It's only a matter of time before Enright realizes he could be on HRT and his lifts all improve by 200 pounds.
 
My only goals are to have a higher subtotal for squat + bench than Dount, Mittens and Godsen.

I actually spit out diet coke on my laptop when I read that comment. I don't have the TUT problem on the OHP.

It's probably not robbing me of 20+ pounds off my bench.

10/23/09 - Friday - Push Press

Decent end to the week, except I pulled some sort of muscle around my collar bone region on the 275 farmers walk and had to drop it. Doesn't really hurt unless I am holding something at my side and retract my scapula. Grip wasn't a problem at all. Time for some NSAID's and beer.
 
10/26/09 - Monday - Deadlift

Shoulder was feeling tweaky as hell from whatever I did to it last Thursday. Worked up to 425 but it wasn't going to happen, hurt like hell to hold the weight. So I just did about 8 million sets of GHR, back raise, hanging leg raises, and calf raises. I think all the blood in my body went to my posterior chain, I was walking like I just went on a spiritual retreat with Ted Haggard.

Have to do some work travelling early this week, hopefully I can get a workout in somewhere.
