Very nice Dan. I added chins to my lifting when I started the 531 and have made nice progress also. I could not get the day off ,but want to try and get off early adn run down and maybe catch the end. Kick some ass and take good videos, one of these day i gotta come lift with you.

Everything was fast and strong today. Now I just have to keep myself from lifting anything heavy for 10 days.
 
And I just realized I forgot all about the Elite knee sleeves and didn't wear them today.
 
My deadlift has been sad lately. Easy weights are now hard. I didn't change anything up, had a deload week two weeks ago and since then I have been weak.

Good luck at your meet Donut. My 2 yr old learned the word Donut the other day. I was getting him ready for bed the other night and he was chanting "Donut, Donut, Donut". I am like, "You know Donut?" Thanks for the info in my log.
