I'm hoping I can squat as much as the "badass" who was 6 inches high with his 365.

Yesterday, I was daydreaming of chick-fil-a. There is hope for me yet.

That is pretty badass. Certainly more impressive than the fat old man who just shows up to walk on the treadmill.
 
It's ok, as a philosophy guy I don't expect much from your math skills, and the ketosis probably isn't helping.

There are two kinds of philosophers. One kind is really, really good with math (logic/analytic philosophy). I'm the other kind. I use lawyer math.

The low carbs is fucking with my brain, though. I have low energy and mentally dead. It's pretty hard adjustment. But, I'm also going to the doctor every day as they try to adjust the meds, which has side effects. Plus, I've been caffeine free for 4 days.

I also could not shit for for 48 hours.

Bench felt good today for the first time this cycle. I had Tony give me the commands and a 2 count pause, so I know I'm set. I worked up a little above my opener for another set just to be sure. I am dropping the press day this week for more time to recover for the meet, so I squeezed it in today and just went through the motions without pushing it hard. My chin-up progression is working very well. I'm really enjoying my training right now and almost want the meet to be over with so I can just get back to killing it. Tapering down sucks.

Soon you can join one of those ghetto pullup crews and finally get paid.
 
I doubt any of them weigh 230 or can squat 225, so I'd be their king.

I realized after maxing out that I took almost 1 week before and 1 week after to do it. I don't think I'll be doing that again unless I do a meet because I felt the same way.
 
I'm on the Fatty plan: Fill out to 245 and then cut to a ripped 220.
 
It's really symbolic of how far Michigan has fallen in the past year.
