I set some sort of PR in everything that matters today (i.e. everything but shrugs), so it was a good way to end the week. The sum of my estimated 1RM's this week was 1683 which beats out my best in the last cycle of 1629 by a good deal. Next week I will press 175x10 to take the lead from Enright. I also closed a #2 with a CC set which I am pumped about.
 
Ugh...I emailed Eric Talmant's coach last week and he never emailed me back. Now I have to decide which prep cycle to start today.

I was going through trying to figure out something from your early Sheiko days. I'm just going to ask: Did you modify much on the numbered cycles (29-32)? I know you made some significant changes to the CMS template when you were using it, but I won't be using that for quite a while.

No, I pretty much did them as written. Eventually I dropped the bench ladders on Wednesday because I strained my pec twice during my Sheiko run, and both came after bench ladder days.
