What's your favorite type of soup?

I like both types of Clam Chowder. The Oyster bar at the Orleans in Vegas has a "seafood chowder" that is one scoop of each mixed together. It's awesome. Not too creamy like New England can sometimes be and you get that nice tomato broth flavor from the Manhattan. I also really like Lentil soup.

Pho or Bun Rieu Oc.

Bun Rieu Oc is a Vietnamese tomato soup with shrimp. Good hot pot is up there but it is kind of hit and miss. Most pho is alright but good pho is pretty special./
