I've been watching Tyron since the start of his MMA career (and even prior to that in his D1 days). He definitely has some of the best evolution in striking that I've ever seen from a wrestler. He's tailored it well to the strengths of his base unlike many wrestlers that want to try and emulate those from pure striking backgrounds.
Din Thomas has done a great job mentoring him for sure
But when pressured, he always backs directly up, puts in foot on the cage, moves his rear foot to the side and launches the right. Every time
And if he doesn't work and he's still being pressured, he does it again
If it still doesn't work, he gets lost and stares at this opponent. It's a terrible habit to have.
