I use to believe that MMA Fans were amongst the best in sports, but the past few years has shown me that they’re amongst the worst if not the worst.

Whenever a great fighter shows up and performs it’s always their shit, they beat out of prime fighters, they were never that good etc. Anytime a fighter star power, nope MMA fans constantly bring them down and diminish everything they ever did.

Hell anytime I signed into this forum, it’s never about how great fighters are and praise. It’s always everything that can be diminish everything they have done. The virtue signaling weirdos who bitch about grown adults incomes, like they support yet will do everything in their power to not do actions to actually support them.

Have arman fight ilia for him pulling out a day before and jeopardizing a card … winner certainly deserving and Islam can’t turn ilia down then if he wins

There's about 6 problems with this post.

- Islam already is denying both of them title fights so no there's no guarantee making them fight each other does anything at all except take at least 1 of them out from Islam having to fight them.
- While they're fighting each other, what exactly is Islam doing in the mean time...? Why would he be sitting out until the fall for the winner instead of just fighting someone this summer. He can fight both perfectly fine this year
- Charles is left out of all this
- Arguing for Justin having a shot, which is what Islam and a lot of his fans are doing, makes zero sense when Max has also moved to LW and is obviously therefore ahead of Justin
- Islam is saying he wants to move to WW if JDM wins next month
- If Paddy beats Chandler he's 7-0 at LW and yes we do need to start including him in the title picture no matter how much people are going to hate that

All of which pretty much boil down to the same underlying issue that's everybody's problem with Islam: the dude clearly just sits back while everybody else has to fight and then he suddenly swoops in. He waits until they've got more wear and tear, he's got more fight footage on them, other guys take each other out, etc. He always makes sure he has the advantages before finally fighting.

His team isn't wrong for it as their job is to win, but it's also clearly a problem of his and is completely understandable why people are frustrated with him. Just STFU and straight up fight the #1 contender for once.

I'm burying my head in the sand? Buddy you're blatantly ignoring that Islam tried to fight the #1 contender but his opponent pulled out and you're trying to spin the UFC punishing Arman for pulling out into being Islam's fault. Nothing but mental gymnastics and willful ignorance.

- Makes Arman try and do a 6 week turnaround to arbitrarily fight him in June when Islam's suddenly only now available instead of just fighting on a reasonable date for both of them instead of only Islam being fresh
- Makes Arman try to fight someone else in the fall 2024 despite clearly being #1 contender after beating Charles in April
- Ends up taking 9 months from then to finally try and fight Arman
- 3 months after that fight fell through last minute he hasn't asked for the rematch and is instead once again asking Arman to fight someone else again before he'll fight him
- Meanwhile Islam isn't fighting anybody himself in the meantime to at least somewhat justify why he isn't fighting the #1 contender

Bruddah it's beyond obvious, as it has been his entire run, that Islam is sitting out like he always does so that other fighters will do his job for him and he can sweep up the pieces.

And it's going to be even more annoying if JDM does beat Belal and Islam moves up and we've wasted this entire year at LW without getting one proper LW defence instead of just having defended this summer like he's perfectly capable of. The Moicano business wasn't his fault, but sitting out the summer is.
