Crime What did the cops do wrong today. Vol. 2

The police officer should not have killed his unborn son and the pregnant woman. It was the wrong thing to do

I'm a bit confused. Why aren't people in their community threatening to riot and loot stores in response?

And I'm sure the feds will start a civil rights investigation ASAP.

Your just afraid to stand by your unamerican beliefs now that you see how detestable they are.

The rest is just your sick angry judgmental mind mis framing things. Democracy is at work and I support it.

Fuck off.

Have you ever, just once, considered what it's like for some people given the hand they were dealt?

You and I agree on a lot politically but god damn man....it's still a human being. Maybe they fucked a few things up along the way....as have you and I.

It's beyond bob, asking questions pertaining to crime, like:

-Did this person choose their genes?
-Did they choose their parents or upbringing?
-Did they choose their education?

And the host of questions beyond that. So wanting of a police state, and the boot on his neck.

This is not the right thing to do and don't condone this kind of conduct by police, but why should I give a shit about some dirt bag thief? If he didn't want to get kicked in the head he shouldn't have been trying to rob people.

Because sometimes it's not a dirtbag thief. Whether or not someone committed a crime has zero to do with police brutalizing them and breaking the law themselves. They're paid to be better than the criminals, to defend the law, as it were.

If you thought they were red flagging militia types before this corona outrage just wait. This thing has proven just how easily they will take us over.

I wish I was joking too :(
Aren’t you just speculating though? Article legit says they do not know why the guy was not allowed to own guns. It says there is speculation from people who knew him that it was related to stuff he posted online but the police have not yet commented on that speculation. So the article runs with that and while it’s possible that’s true, it’s silly to repeat it as factual at this point unless there is info out that not yet been presented in this thread.

That's fair. Someones got to speculate though. The guy is dead and I dont see us getting to the truth by waiting for someone else to tell us why.

Yea I’ll wait until we actually some information to say if it was a good or bad shooting.

If someone has a restraining order against you it prohibits you from owning firearms during the duration of the restraining order. That’s the only way I know of without a criminal conviction. That or being diagnosed as having a significant behavioral, emotional, or mental disorder might in some states.

Never heard of Internet comments prohibiting you from owning guns lmao. Even being on the no fly list doesn’t prohibit gun ownership and people rightly protested when politicians (like Tulsi Gabbard) proposed it should.

I believe the people talking about Internet comments are speculating that those comments may have lead to him being reported under Maryland’s “red flag” laws.
