I'm reading the actual book though. It's about the humble beginnings of one President Corilianus Snow.

I haven't picked up many books for along while, so I've started reading "Meditations" by Marcus Aurelius.

Things are a bit rough at the moment and I'm finding his Stoicism useful.

What are you reading?

Chin up on your situation. Where you are now won't last forever. And whichever way it goes, don't degrade yourself as you'll go on to regret it.

I have found this guy's channel interesting. It's good to listen to when walking in nature or where you prefer:

Marcus Aurelius' Meditations is a great book. I've read it a few times over the years. It has brought me peace and even improved my concentration levels at times.

Presently I'm reading 'True Himmler'. Won't be a popular choice, but I like history and I want to see if Himmler was as evil as I thought he might be and pin down what triggered it.

just finished "A Song For You" by Robyn Crawford, Whitney Houston's longtime friend, personal manager and one time lover. Female musicians rarely interest me enough to read about but Whitney is different, her story is very complicated so I bought 3 books by the people closest to her, her mom, ex husband and Robyn. Of course, I doubt any of them are totally honest and it's funny reading about how they try to show that they aren't the bad ones and how the other people weren't angels. And it's very sad that a once in a century talent got so lost and money and power being at the root of a lot of her problems.

Whoops, forgot one on Kindle..

Still reading The Thirty Nine Steps.

I checked and couldn't find a thread on books, so here goes :
I'm about to delve into this book which promises to shock the very foundations of the horror genre (science meets the occult, eye to eye)

Dark Psychology and Manipulation by William Cooper.
