International What are your thoughts on a "regime change" or "counter-terrorism" operation in Venezula?

I though regime change was handled by the CIA, not the military proper?

it's an oil grab. more destabilization in resource-rich areas of the world, so they can be pimped for profits. it's the USA's MO to a tee.

This conversation is illegal to have in Nicaragua. When ur being dehumanized at home and abroad something has to change. I mean did you not see the migrant caravans?
I suspect that you are willing to endorse a regime change in North Korea too. How about Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Kuwait, Oman, or Vietnam? Why not pack up your bags and try another 20 yrs in Afghanistan again?

You can't just blow up every problem on the planet. Nobody invites invaders even if Venezulans loathe Maduro, they won't invite a foreign country barrel bombing their neighborhoods, civil institutions and family to "liberate" them....

They emptied their prisons and sent them to the US, where they committed countless crimes, even murder. What should the punishment be for Maduro for doing that?

How did they send them to the US? That's actually pretty impressive if they did.

Please take this with a grain of sand, I got it from a friend who is still in Venezuela and was in the military and according to him was in a la guaria when it got attacked last night. According to him, cuban military in charge of guarding Maduro was killed. But he says Wagner soldiers were suppose to protect Maduro and none were there that night.

He claims he has seen Russian soldiers in military bases in Venezuela since November(he claims Wagner). He did find it weird no Russian troops were protecting Maduro that night.

he thinks maduro got betrayed

Probably depends on whether the operation is a success or not. If the capture of Nicolás Maduro turns Venezuela into a better country I believe most Americans will support the operation. And of course if the Venezuelan operation turns sour, many Americans will turn against what happened.

Hopefully we will see a similar situation to what happened to Panama's Manuel Noriega when Americans forces captured him for drug running. Today Panama is considered a good successful country.

I read that the Venezuelan operation has been planned for around a month now. I'm thinking that good plans had been worked out on what to do to make Venezuela great once again.

this is the kind of complicated central government movement that is very hard to understand even if you had all the information and you certainly don’t
