Crime Well Rochester doesn't sound like much fun.

I wonder why and the motivation.

I can guess but not sure, I would say gang related.

- Mass shooting dont include stray bullets hitting at rardoms.
I think like a lot these days definition has undergone change.

mass shooting, as defined by the U.S.Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), an event in which one or more individuals are “actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a populated area. Implicitin this definition is the shooter’s use of a firearm.” The FBI has not set a minimum number of casualties to qualify an event as a mass shooting, but U.S. statute (the Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012) defines a “mass killing” as “3 or more killings in a single incident.”

- They changed the dfefinition i think in 2019 or so.

I spent a good amount of time in Rochester for work about 6 years ago. Decent place. Wouldn’t go there voluntarily but didn’t hate it. I never really got the impression that it was unsafe.

Does it really matter?

Kind of....the term mass shooter makes people think of a total lunatic with a rifle unloading on randoms but the reality is its usually some ghetto assholes blasting at people they know over trivial bullshit with handguns.

it leads people to thinking a lot of things that aren't true like ar 15s are super duper dangerous or that the likelihood of it happening to you is way higher than it actually is.
