Warhammer 40k

The new Salamanders character looks lit. Unfortunately GW's character prices have gotten so absurd that I won't be able to justify buying one despite really liking the sculpt [LINK]

Cool huge new lore dumps from latest cawl novel
-tyranid attacked planets that they move on from can be restored as long as resources are brought in as they only strip surface layers ...takes centuries though

-great rift is triggering wake up from multiple necron worlds

-cawl is a gestalt mind , we already knew the cawl inferior who guilliman talks to has been pushing for robo to make cawl lord of mars HOWEVER this is news to the real cawl who doesnt want that distraction in his life
So cawl inferior is the one who has dreams of ruling the mechanicus on its own!!!!

-another pharos device uncovered ..they are now officaly necron/ctan origin and by novels end cawl knows all the rests location (100s)!!!!!!and the anti warp blackstone !!
This one is wrecked in the novel though
-cawl cant make any more of his unique super psyker primaris

-ctan is released by cawl who fecks it over ....luckily he is able to transport it to deep into necron space so assumes itl be busy for longtime before he needs to worry

- ctan feel they are the only true gods ......they describe the 4 chaos gods as distrurbances caused by sentient life echoes into warp and call big e merely a weapon

Partially glued, zero finish work. Printing with new material, settings not quite dialed in and it's a little rougher than hoped. Project on hiatus until my depression improves a bit; currently have zero creative energy.

is that a dire wolf or pretty much can be any mech because its just the legs.....

Yeah but that mere weapon was able to defeat and trap one of their kind on Mars.

Yeah i wasnt a fan of the phaos devices now being necron , the writers need to see that not every ancient tech has to be ctan or cron its a vast universe of lore

Have you had anymore advancements on the new titans?
Nope. I've opened the files a couple times and stared at them for a bit and then went and did something else. I should probably try and get back into it by doing one of the weapons since those have minimal extra work to do for both patterns. The bodies and heads are just so different that I can't help but think "ugh, I've got to do alllllllllll of this twwwwwiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice".

Armada 2, Mechanicus, and Inquisitor-Prophecy have all come out within the last year.
Aren't those the Facebook esque top down games or the weird 2d simulator things like the new Shadowrun games though?

Edit: Isometric I think they call them

I mean something like big for the PS4 or something

Mechanicus is a TBS akin to X-Com. Inquisitor is an ARPG akin to Diablo. Armada is an RTS akin to Homeworld.

None are 2D or isometric (which would be like the original Fallout 1+2). But none are AAA titles either; they're all handled by small developers and I don't think any got console releases (to be fair they're also not genres the usually lend themselves to consoles).
