So Lil Nas X has topped the US charts for 17 weeks (record) with the song 'Old Town Road', and I have never heard the song or even heard of the artist.

Don't worry, the ability to remain oblivious to pop culture increases reflexively and naturally with age.

had one of them Rogue Echo bike things. had to sell it.
not your average stationary bike, more like doing intervals, which I hate.
brutal
rather just ride a bike on the roads or trails tbh

I need a stationary bike to maintain.

I heavily recommend commuting by treadly to massively compliment any health or fitness program.
It's worked amazingly for me.
Although I understand some of you live in places where you have that thing where water falls from the sky.

Has anyone figured what this was about yet? Like for real for real?

They were ‘recharging’

Someone tried to play the "was slavery a net gain for black people " game.

No regulars, just blue belt and then a purple belt agreeing.

Got shut down pretty quick
Considering slavery still exists in Africa, well...

Yeah I'm not very knowledgeable (always been little/compete at light feather in bjj) but I thought that the bare minimum was 2000-2500.
Only thing I have to offer in regards to weight loss is try fasted cardio(ie hit the treadmill first thing in the am pre breakfast). Was reading through @Thunderhead 's diet journal and he seemed to be making crazy progress on a carnivore diet....dude knows his ish

I'm still making crazy progress on my new diet (Ketogenic diet). Right now I'm at around 215ish lbs with 10% bodyfat at a height of 5'11". The cut is going slowly, and I'm eating at around 2500-2800 calories once or twice a day with a fasting window of 18-30 hours.

nice. just went psuedo keto myself.
highly reduced carbs.
but still a beer a day.
sugar is the hardest thing for me to give up.
down from 198 to 189 after three weeks.

Yeah, sugar is hard to quit. Here's how I see it: I think of it as a drug, not a viable form of sustenance. For me to work, train, and function optimally throughout the day, I need to consume wholesome foods, not empty calorie garbage. Sugar causes my joints to become inflamed and my brain to slow down, so there's absolutely no need for it in my diet. Those side effects are the main reasons that deter me from consuming it in the first place.

Congrats on the weight loss.

this is real talk. sooo hard to follow though for me. joint inflammation is horrible and brain effect is legit.
good on ya, bruh.

Trust me, it isn't easy giving up an addiction. I smoked cigarettes for 6 years despite being well aware of its carcinogenic properties and whatnot. It was only when I was convinced that smoking can cause/worsen osteoporosis and arthritis did I make the decision to quit cold turkey. I don't miss one goddamn thing about it now.

good job, friendo.
cigs are supposedly almost as addictive as heroin.
never favored them myself, but drinking.
that's another matter.

Man, life decisions are hard. Taking a girl you just met back to hotel, or acting like a failed marriage matters.

Of course you know that a failed marriage doesnt matter in this choice.

Drinking is impossible to give up I don’t know how people do it.

I’ve lost weight too by going semi Keto. I was 203 lb at 6’1, in Down to 187 over the past 3 weeks give or take. Carbs is what’s hard for me to give up, sugar was easy. I barely touch sugar.
