@Gregolian you should drop that guy you’re working out with. You’re going to get injured with a guy like that.
just to keep your stationary bike maintenance skills sharp?I need a stationary bike to maintain.
The hits me in the feels
Why did she not see them for 7 years?
People like us who are the good kind of crazy tend not to be.you know...I never felt welcome there. maybe I'll stop on by.
I read that quickly and thought I saw, "That shits above my gay parade." I gotta find different drugs. That shits above my pay grade
Took me 30 years to get off them.Trust me, it isn't easy giving up an addiction. I smoked cigarettes for 6 years despite being well aware of its carcinogenic properties and whatnot. It was only when I was convinced that smoking can cause/worsen osteoporosis and arthritis did I make the decision to quit cold turkey. I don't miss one goddamn thing about it now.
Until a few years ago the authorities said 2500 was the rule for average people, now they say 2000 is probably the rule for sedentary people. It makes no sense because males and females need different amounts of food but yeah, 1800 for a big active male is not much.Forgive my lack of knowledge @Prokofievian but shouldn't he be taking in alot more calories than 1800 even if he's trying to lose weight? The guys 3bills and 1800 doesn't seem like enough to provide energy required to workout.
Also I've always been under the impression that multi joint exercises like squats and the increase in muscle mass that comes with them help to boost metabolism...
*sorry for buttin' in yalls convo
Lol.just to keep your stationary bike maintenance skills sharp?
Lol.
I tried the “go for a walk for cardio” thing and I just can’t maintain that in any meaningful way
This is a genuine belief of the right: that it reflects more morally poorly on a woman to be cheated on by a man (Hillary) than it does for a man to cheat. It's one of the few actual consistencies. Otherwise, for Republicans like Trump, Gingrich, Rick Scott, Ted Cruz, Roy Moore, etc., morality is irrelevant as anything other than a transparent veneer for partisan line toeing.
