Where? I made it at home
Will be a slight delay for next fred, must needs attend to something. Could somebody be so kind as to find a good breakdown of various beef cuts, like an image of a cow or something, and an explanation of them cuts? I don't know all of them.
I've fallen down a rabbit whole full of Orson Welles and Dick Cavett videos.
This one is both fascinating and incredibly frustrating (have to watch the whole thing to find out why)
If anybody knows where the full interview is available that would be appreciated.
@Jack V Savage you might find this particularly interesting and frustrating.
Castle lets Captain America almost beat him to death during the Civil War storyline after Castle blows away two Brotherhood of Mutant members because he worships Captain America.
I meant, "Send me your location." Because I want to steal your food and eat it.Where? I made it at home
IN a hole, where there's a hose.I meant, "Send me your location." Because I want to steal your food and eat it.
So...
"Tell me, where?"
Captain America's holier than thou "I'm above the law still" thing kinda pisses me off too. At least Castle admits he acts outside of it and should probably have been arrested or killed long ago but Capt and all them do the same thing and aren't dragged through the mud because they're fighting aliens and shit instead of killing mobsters.
Whatever he was jabbering, it wasn't English. Pavla was Albanian — maybe he was too. But I'd know the Lord's Prayer in any language. Gave him a moment. To just before the line about forgiveness.

Later on, she told me the whole story. About the day she left her village. About the old man, about Cristu and Vera. About the thing her father said. About the thing her father said. About her baby. When she was done, I knew a lot of men would have to die.

It was in that moment that I realized something. A dull, blurred feeling that I’d had since this whole mess began, all of a sudden crystal clear. It had been a long, long time since I hated anyone the way I hated them.

Brisket isn't dry unless you're having a complete imbecile smoke it.Honestly, it should be illegal to take 2 thousand dollars worth of meat, cover it with coffee and chocolate and smoke it until it's dry as a leather shoe.
Agreed. Perfect cuts at medium rare for life.Honestly, it should be illegal to take 2 thousand dollars worth of meat, cover it with coffee and chocolate and smoke it until it's dry as a leather shoe.
let me know what you thinkLooks awesome. Checking it out now. Thanks.
Who the fuck made you brisket that was dry? Person should be drawn and quartered. Properly smoked brisket isn't dry and shouldn't need sauce either:Agreed. Perfect cuts at medium rare for life.

But I don't always want a filet or T-bone and sometimes I want leftovers for lunches.Even perfectly cooked brisket can't compare in taste and juiciness to a perfectly cooked filet, or T-bone, etc.
