That's meatloaf? Is there like rice or cauliflower inside of it? Not sure wth I'm looking at besides the broccoli tbh
Just ground chuck, garlic, and some onions.

Will be a slight delay for next fred, must needs attend to something. Could somebody be so kind as to find a good breakdown of various beef cuts, like an image of a cow or something, and an explanation of them cuts? I don't know all of them.

Where? I made it at home

I've fallen down a rabbit hole full of Orson Welles and Dick Cavett videos.
This one is both fascinating and incredibly frustrating (have to watch the whole thing to find out why)

If anybody knows where the full interview is available that would be appreciated.

@Jack V Savage you might find this particularly interesting and frustrating.

Looks awesome. Checking it out now. Thanks.

Castle lets Captain America almost beat him to death during the Civil War storyline after Castle blows away two Brotherhood of Mutant members because he worships Captain America.

He says it in the Netflix series too:
"Maybe, just once... we do it your way" -Daredevil
"No Red, you cross the line to my side there's no going back" -Castle.

I know objectively Castle is a villain. The only reason he isn't considered that way is the guys he goes after are worse than he is and the other guys like SpiderMan and Daredevil are unwilling to get in the shit with like the mafias and shit of the world.

I've also never understood cops in real life looking up to Castle. Soldiers I can kind of get given Castle's background in the military but not cops.

Captain America's holier than thou "I'm above the law still" thing kinda pisses me off too. At least Castle admits he acts outside of it and should probably have been arrested or killed long ago but Capt and all them do the same thing and aren't dragged through the mud because they're fighting aliens and shit instead of killing mobsters.

@Higus also, the Slavers arc is probably the one arc where even those that abhor violence the most probably feel the way Castle does as he's taking down a sex trafficking ring:
Whatever he was jabbering, it wasn't English. Pavla was Albanian — maybe he was too. But I'd know the Lord's Prayer in any language. Gave him a moment. To just before the line about forgiveness.
— Frank Castle, The Punisher #25, "The Slavers"

Later on, she told me the whole story. About the day she left her village. About the old man, about Cristu and Vera. About the thing her father said. About the thing her father said. About her baby. When she was done, I knew a lot of men would have to die.
— Frank Castle, The Punisher #25, "The Slavers

It was in that moment that I realized something. A dull, blurred feeling that I’d had since this whole mess began, all of a sudden crystal clear. It had been a long, long time since I hated anyone the way I hated them.
— Frank Castle, The Punisher #29, "The Slavers"

Best line that kinda solidifies how Castle feels like he's only got a short time and he's going to effect the change he can while he can:
"Yeah, and what happens when someone comes for you? What then?" -Daredevil
"They better not miss" -Castle

It's a bit of a tribute to this from The Wire:

But it also matches the comic version of someone asking him if he kills a killer there still the same amount of killers in the world:
"Yeah, but if we have 100 killers and I kill 20 then we only have 81"

Damn you @Higus now I'm compelled to post this just cause:

The way he fucks Billy up always brings me pleasure because of the scumbag that Billy is.

Honestly, it should be illegal to take 2 thousand dollars worth of meat, cover it with coffee and chocolate and smoke it until it's dry as a leather shoe.
Brisket isn't dry unless you're having a complete imbecile smoke it.

Also the SRF stuff I saw was about 20lbs and only $130-$140 so it's not the top tier wagyu.

Agreed. Perfect cuts at medium rare for life.
Who the fuck made you brisket that was dry? Person should be drawn and quartered. Properly smoked brisket isn't dry and shouldn't need sauce either:

Even perfectly cooked brisket can't compare in taste and juiciness to a perfectly cooked filet, or T-bone, etc.

But I don't always want a filet or T-bone and sometimes I want leftovers for lunches.

And burnt ends.

Shit's like meat candy.
