90 Day Fiance is the original incarnation of the show. In that iteration you start where the foreign partner already has a K-1 Visa and is coming to the US right away and has 90 days to get married.

Before the 90 Days is a spinoff where the US person goes to the foreign country to spend time with their partner before they apply for the K-1 Visa. In some instances this is the first time they have met in person.

There is a 3rd Spin off call 90 Days the Other Way where the American is trying to move to the partners country and become a citizen there.

I can see the next iteration now, 90 Days Every Which Way but Loose.
