Regimen Could being really strong for your weight division justify not cutting water weight

If you had any strength that was noteworthy we would all see you on YouTube videos telling everybody how they should train.
Maybe some people just don't care to boast publicly. Much like your 'I'm the only one here who has ever accomplished anything rambles. Only reason I ever posted a single number on any public board anywhere was because I picked those numbers because getting outlifted by somebody old enough to be your grandpa was because I thought maybe it would have shut down your appeal to authority fallacy streak but here we are, thought it was worth a shot.

But alas you do not so you defer to Calgary barbell and etc.
Dumb statement right here, lol. Since when do strength coaches need to possess elite strength numbers?

Drew is not a strength coach but just a slightly better than average lifter as are you ASU.

I’ve seen your recommendations of programming before. You are not as smart as you think you are training.

HAHAHAHA, you truly are the Cliff Clavin of this forum.

I wish my powerlifting income/accolades could add up to your professional baseball career, then I might get somewhere.

Honest question for tomorrow...Do you umpire, coach or anything like that?

As stated before, you are a 40 year old single guy with no kids and are clearly the biggest baseball fan in this sherdog subforum, plenty of free time. You are earning a weekly/monthly stream from this sport right?. Please tell me that my rec ball umpire checks from HS and college don't add up to more than you've made in this sport.

I could care less about how much money you made from the sport.

You simply aren’t as smart about programming as you think you are. You are about like a modern day rippetoe thinking he has it all figured out but never really did.

Drew and devilson are the two regular posters here that know the most about training. I can’t stand Drew and vice versa we all know that but I can admit that.

Donald trump makes more than you to that doesn’t mean he knows more about training albeit if he decided to say screw being president I’ll be the worlds greatest strength coach he would likely succeed in that to.

I didn't realise trump was claiming to be a pro athlete.

Come on man, just pull a 1RM deadlift. Don't be scared.

Then you can make fun of the recommendations I give you to get to 600lbs. We can go back and forth and you can go back to just doing the same weights, reps and exercises on repeat for another couple years, with some random exercises that are barely warmups. Then you can claim you are getting stronger, because you got better at that exercise by simply doing it for a bit.

Look at your logs. You are still doing the same weights, reps and RPEs years later. None of the numbers are moving upward.
Your programs aren't working.

You simply dont know what you are talking about and do not deserved to be blessed with the ability to join a free forum and post your opinion to anybody.

I use this forum for logging. Everything else makes no difference to me. Why in the world would I take advice from people who were never stronger using programming models that I have used by actual world champion/nationally competitive lifters? I get my programming from barbell medicine and JTS and if I were powerlifting I would likely do Sheiko gold. You guys are not fooling anybody or making a profit by coming on here and wasting time.

I have a a world class nutritionist Nathan Payton I can get advice from with a simple forum post and actually does the nutrition one of the strongest people in the world Trey Mitchel.

You guys are a waste of internet airspace to put it bluntly.

And you’re the rightful heir to Texas, so we should not question you.

I do not accept being the heir to Texas. Just thought somebody would find the story interesting and I never asked to not be questioned. You on the other hand cannot be questioned at all. I know exactly what you did you a self modified version of the russian squat routine to start your powerlifting journey. You then failed to use the first version of Juggernaut AI and could not handle the volume. From there I quit caring what you had to say.

The best powerlifter ever on this website was Kyle Keough and he used westside for a long time then transitioned to a modified smolov routine then got burned out and quit posting here but then started a YouTube channel and a coaching service.

You guys that are left here do not actually help anybody. we have a guy that claims he is an actual soldier because he ran Sheiko and shot up steroids then got burned out and had somebody program for him so that he could maintain his strength and his hero was Jeff Jonson. Then we had ASU who once claimed that RPE was the worst invention ever devised even though people much stronger than him use it.

You guys claim I know nothing or do not know what im doing well that's right back at you.

It was, kind of…But you have a habit of stretching the truth and exaggerating. For example, you make it sound like you can call Nathan Payton for nutritional advice and Trey Mitchel is your training partner.

I dont train strongman Drew. I am 190 pounds with a skinny bone structure that is more suited to endurance sports to begin with. Why in the world would I try to eat 9000 calories a day with a speciality crafted diet to perform poorly in a sport I would have little to no success in except maybe the lightweight division.

You missed the point Champ.

The point is you do not have a point. You are just wasting anybodies time that reads this forum. Why don't you go train with Josh Bryant again or get in touch with Dave Ricks since you whine so much about age affecting you. Maybe you would be better off with better training partners and you could become USAPL national champion one day instead of coming on here for me specifically to whine about how you are too old for you or anybody else to make progress. Maybe you need to look at yourself in the mirror champ before you throw stones at me.

How do you know? You won't test so I can do a progression up for you.
I might be the greatest Strength coach ever.

Do you ever look back on your logs? Have you recognised you are just hitting the same progressions for pretty much all your static exercises.

What truly amazes me is how much time you spend typing this stuff up. How do you manage to respond so much and keep the mail truck on the road?

No one told you too? You brought up a nutritionist for some reason. Any of us can message world class coaches if we pay a fee to join their forum or get a private consult.

Who cares?

I thought he licked stamps? Jokes aside, I don't know why someone would volunteer all this random info repeatedly.
You have to admire the commitment to the persona.
