"I even have used an internet system and presently I clearly have created $18987 this month. This action is for all and everybody can without quite a bit of an extend join this right now by use this link."

They have my heart, and soon they will have my wallet. I'm ready to take this all the way.

Has anyone seen "The Brainwashing of my Dad" documentary? I'm curious if it's any good.

This kind of got buried.

I think such an amendment would be ratified. Suppose it would take six months into the new president’s term. During those six months, I would want the president to advocate constantly for the amendment and for constitutionalism more generally. One of the main goals of the presidency would be to awaken constitutional awareness, in much the same way that Trump’s presidency has caused voters to prioritize the immigration issue as never before. In the meantime: yes, the Constitution would need to continue to be violated at least for Social Security, Medicare, and immigration.

You can propose the amendment now. Don't have to wait to be elected president. It will not be ratified, of course. And Trump's presidency is actually moving people away from his dumb position on immigration. See the other thread, where you indicated that you genuinely could not even conceive of a position that a large majority of Americans hold, including almost half of your own party.

I don’t think I’ve ever come out against judicial review.

??? But you reject the findings of the court, claiming that a program that was found to be Constitutional is "obviously unconstitutional." Are you not claiming sole authority to decide how to settle differences of interpretation?

I disagree with your second statement about “freedom and democracy”, unless you are applying non-traditional definitions to these terms.

As for your third point, people do not have “a free say in their governance” to create programs that violate the Constitution. That goes back to the question of the supremacy of constitutional law over statutory law, which I doubt you would question. I also don’t degree that a hypothetical US without SS is necessarily a US with mass poverty. The means by which we would arrive at the SS-free world would be important.

Not sure why you think I'd be applying non-traditional definitions.

I said that free people have a say in their governance. Your view is that elected representatives of the people should not be able to pass laws that the SCOTUS has deemed to be Constitutional if you disagree with the SCOTUS, is it not?

And a U.S. without SS would necessarily be a U.S. with mass poverty unless we replaced SS with something similar.

Not as cool as Godgers though.

I'm just saying people SAY Jesus does miracles. I've SEEN Tom Brady make miracles happen.

I am stoked though, I've never been to an NFL game and I'll be going to a preseason game soon. I used to go see OU play at home a lot and that was always an amazing experience.

I'm actually a big fan of Rodgers, stoked to see the Saints play because Breesus is amazing too.

Fucking Baker going to the Browns has me butthurt.

Lol at least you're doing a good job, I'm selling "artisanal teas" today to make some extra cash. Also picking up some door guy shifts this week. There's good random work down here, even though it's off season right now.

Like, is it bad that I look forward to my bar shifts but dread working my main office job?

I meaannnn probably. But bar shifts are always fun at least. Hot girls, good people watching.

It would be cool to have health insurance though.

I do have the medical bennies from my other job.

Tom Brady is cooler than Jesus bro. Don't deny.

The only good thing about Brady is I no longer have to here about Montana being the be all end all. Truth be told, I'm happy with Big Ben. Brady would have never survived behind all those years of poor pass protection in the AFC North.

Ben and Rodgers are the only two guys who I fear get better as you smack 'em around a bit.

Not that they get better under pressure, but Wilson and Luck are great under fire too. Luck will step into a big hit as good as anyone and still deliver a great ball and Wilson is fantastic at evading pass rushers and delivering rockets on the run. Defenders just bounce off of Ben lol!

Should be an excellent card this weekend. Anyone have thoughts or picks they want to share? Given his decline in skills, talk of retirement and looking like he should retire, I don't hate a Stephens pick. I wish the line was better though, would bite at +200, I think.

Pumped for Poirier vs Alvarez (that line looks about right to me).

I almost mentioned Luck, but he's been sorta M.I.A. in the last couple years. Definitely a tough bastard. I don't watch enough Wilson to know. Never seen him take much of a beating to see how he responds.

Loved this game where Ben got his beak busted on the first series and then proceeded to beat the Ratbirds. Had a gimpy foot coming in too. Pretty damn sure no flag was thrown either.
