WR's are the highest maintenance. :(

Brown's the better receiver and Hines the better football player.
Can't argue with that.

Giants need some of that Steeler toughness. Hopefully Barkley brings that (really nice guy off the field though) or Solder on the O line.

What are your realistic hopes for this year? After the Eli benching and un-benching I expect the team to be a mess.

Yeah, Bills and Dolphins are cans, and the Jets might be too (could be decent). You guys could easily go 3-1 in those games and even sweep the division (let's hope we've seen the last of a dominant Pats team).
Edelman will be back in time for it.

That NE game is going to come down to who's defense is better catered to stopping the HoF QB on the other side.

Totally agree man. And Rodgers reaction to losing Jordy is everything you need to know. He was fucking pissed!
I think ultimately the Packers in the past treated it too much like a family and not enough like a business but when you have arguably the greatest talent for QB to ever play the game...

You give him a head's up you're thinking about cutting his favorite target at the bare minimum.

I think they're probably a 7 or an 8 win team unless the offensive line improved dramatically. Entire new coaching staff, Solder for LT, drafted a guard in the 2nd round, moving Flowers to RT (and he fucking sucked). It all comes down to the offensive line. Lots of talent at skill positions and I really do think the defense is pretty good. If the O line is as bad as it was last year we'll win like 4-5 games.

How about the Steelers? Window is closing for big Ben too, do you guys have one more superbowl in you (I think you do)?

100%. It also feels like you guys are missing the boat. Given how good Rodgers is, he should have like 3 titles. I know he's had a few injuries, but he's the best in the business.

TT for all the good he did NOT overspending in free agency royally fucked the team over too by not at least taking chances in free agency.

Barwin and Long being the two that still piss me off. I'm glad we had Peppers but then he let him walk for vet minimum? Give me a break

Like, with Matthews aging, and Perry never staying fucking healthy and looking more and more like a flash in a pan that one year that was his contract year I don't get why we didn't get Mike Daniels help on the side opposite him in a veteran like Long or a guy like Barwin that is virtually an every down DL guy....

Ggggrrrrrr. Biegel better fucking produce and supplant Perry or Matthews this year or I am going to hunt down TT and beat the shit out of him for trading away the TJ Watt pick and grabbing that CB made of glass King.

Damn. So you're thinking the team would be pretty lucky to squeak into the playoffs. You never know. In the NFC it seems like there's always teams that suck, have a good year, then suck again.

Steelers' schedule looked tough on paper, but it always does. I'd like to think a minimum of 11-5. 14-2 if somehow the defense took a big jump. The big hope is that Todd Haley really was hindering the offense so this new guy might be a real blessing. Definitely in the playoffs and should win the division. Although I've learned to not count the Ratbirds out. Lewis and Reed being gone are the best things ever though. :D

Big Ben has a few good season left, barring serious injury. The QB they just drafted is turning heads (unlike all their other backups ever) so maybe that lights a fire under Ben's ass. Wouldn't surprise me to see him have a career year.

Homie might not even have one if fuckin' Mendenhall doesn't fumble the game away in the 4th qtr. :(

That wasn't completely on Mendenhall. Clay puts his helmet literally into the nose of the ball and on Mendenhall's hand.

Just look where Clay's head is. It also was tough on Mendenhall because he was basically already wrapped too.

Easy for you to be all magnanimous.

Pouncey going down on like the first play didn't help either. It's his backup that got blown through that lead to Ben getting hit on the pick-six. Just wasn't our day. Hard-fought game though and the Packers made the plays they needed to win.

We basically didn't have Driver

Lost Woodson early

Run game was in typical Packers fashion very mediocre that year from what I remember.

I think that's also the game where we lost two defensive lineman early and couldn't sub out.

Welp I'm drinking with dinner tonight....

Child porn case.....

That shit is always dark. I don't know how people work with that type of shit. Having to view the evidence would be that worst shit ever. It has to be hard on you mentally. Drink up brother.

I may have to change my avatar in shame. Luckily I wasn't holding Facebook. Good buying opportunity now though.

I'm backing up the truck. Netflix too. Both are at bargain prices.

Don't know about that. But it's funny because I remember a thread here where people were talking about it being ridiculously overpriced at around $25/share.

You can propose the amendment now. Don't have to wait to be elected president. It will not be ratified, of course.

If the assumption is that I or someone I am directly advising has been elected president, it’s fair to assume that the electorate will have rediscovered constitutionalism. In that scenario, I think ratification would be easy. Again, we’re talking about putting popular, already-existing programs on a sound constitutional footing.

And Trump's presidency is actually moving people away from his dumb position on immigration.

My claim was and is that Trump's candidacy/presidency have generated a focus among the population on immigration that is unprecedented in the modern era.

Your claim---”Trump's presidency is actually moving people away from his dumb position on immigration”---appears not to comport with reality:

See the other thread, where you indicated that you genuinely could not even conceive of a position that a large majority of Americans hold, including almost half of your own party.

I’ve not seen a poll of the Constitution Party’s views on America becoming a majority ethnic minority nation. Could you please provide a source?
