Meaning...You get that motherfucker, if your body doesnt fight it off, you're dead as there is no cure.
At least that's how I understand it.

So not exactly a benign threat. If it spreads massively it can cause damage.

It wrecks the immune system in your trachea making you susceptible to bacterial infections such as staph, which could be hard or impossible to treat (MRSA)
