Video of GSP, Kang and Loiseau strength training

I liked the idea of doing 3 heavy db presses followed by throwing the medicine ball. I might apply that to all my heavy lifts every once in a while i.e. squats then burpees, overhead press then upright neider press.

Oh amd also it was nice to see GSP rerack his own weights after his set. just can't teach that type of courtesy. :icon_chee
 
Gonna try it at my gym now, I need to work out on more explosive exercise rather than 100% strength....
