Just a khamzat-esque rush of a missile dropkick to the nuts. MMA foul-meta evolves to a state like chess openings, hookers hired to sneak IV drips into sleeping fighters during weight cuts, fighters fouling eachother in the hotel before the fight itself. The possibilities are endless as long as you get a single warning before a point!
