Emmers has one of the most peculiar careers ever

This guy has wins over Alex Hernandez and Cory Sandhagen. He was up 3-1 on Thiago Moises in RFA before getting caught in the 5th. Derailed 23-0 Askhabov (who was a fraud but still). Was murking Sabatini before getting heel hooked randomly. Even lost a tight split against Giga Chikdaze he arguably won.

He physically and skillswise has all the tools to have been a perenially ranked FW like Alex Caceres skill for skill is not better than him yet he will be forgotten and never ranked. Something was missing.
