And personally I think Usman is still game and underestimated by a lot of people right now. He beat Buckley soundly who himself beat Colby (yes washed up Colby I agree). And he held his own again Khamzat, way better than DDP or Bobby Knuckles. He's still game.

That's very true. There's plenty of unknowns here. I just think that if it comes to credibility, it would make more sense to change the schedule around what makes sense from a ranking/performance perspective rather than offer unwarranted title shots that nobody is particularly clamoring for.

They probably want to see that Lerone's KO is a result of him trying to take people out now rather than just Pico throwing himself forward like a fool.

I don't think it's any real secret that the UFC are about as interested in Lerone as they were Leon in terms of title shots lol. Both are so similar. Both black british guys with zero charisma. Both can sorta do it all but prefer to strike. Both usually just get ahead in fights, then take no risks, and cruise to a decision. Both were on 10 fight win streaks in the UFC with only 2 finishes and then all of a sudden both got wild 1 shot KOs haha.

Like Leon, Lerone is sort of a nightmare for the UFC considering the wins streak and the recent amazing KO leaves them in a spot where they sorta can't deny him anymore haha.

It doesn't surprise me that they'd still favor Lopes though. It's not good, but in Lopes they have a guy who they know will go for it every time. He also taps into that Mexican market which the UFC are still so hell-bent on, even if he is actually Brazilian lol. Lerone ont he other hand, I don't think even the Brits would give a shit about him, at least not anywhere near how they do about other names like Paddy and Aspinall. Heck, Meatball Molly got bigger pops when she fought in England.

To make it right Evloev (spelling?) vs Murhpy for next guaranteed shot. Evloev is kinda inactive, he got the best streak. Murphy also is looking good. They also prefer Yair. Somewhere there is Aljo. These 4 gotta bang it out. But honestly Evloev should get a title eliminator. Lopez is exciting and super active, so he does have merit.

Yeh, if Lopes loses he will keep getting title shots as long as he doesn't go on some massive losing streak. The UFC will always be happy to keep pushing a dude who goes for it like Lopes does, and who taps into a market they want.

It's shit and it sucks for guys like Lerone and Movsar, but that's business for the UFC. I want to see Lerone and Mov fight for belts as a fan, but if I was running the UFC, I wouldn't want either of them near a title either.
