I didn't say I thought he lost, I said he has got rocked or KO'd by anyone half decent he's ever fought. He got dropped bad twice, both times at the end of the round. Most likely would've got KO'd if he wasn't saved by the bell.

Gotcha

St Pierre hasn't finished a fight since 2009 against BJ Penn, a lightweight.

Why is the Bisping scorecards = no action line only -125 Bisping? Feels like a freeroll. Maxing that one out

Not advocating a bet on either but it seems like OSP/Corey goes the distance at +120 is superior to Corey ML at +140 at the moment. Very hard to see Anderson finishing here.

36 years old hasn’t fought in 4 years moving up in weight to fight for the title?

These fairy tale stories usually don’t work out well

If gsp can’t take down bisping, he will get walked down and beaten up badly.

He took beatings in his last few fights but managed to get the takedowns and ended up getting some decisions he probably wouldn’t get now with the judging criteria changes

If you’re betting on gsp you’re just not #elite

He’s got Major red flags. He’s not even an underdog. Out of all the fighters on the card why would you pick gsp? It’s like betting machida in the last event.
I think your assessment of GSP's striking is way off and Bisping isn't walking down fuck all, but I agree it doesn't make much sense to put money on GSP as a favorite. That's why I need all you big mouths to put your money where your mouths are and bet big on Bisping so I can get money on GSP as a dog, please and thank you.

He walked down rockhold

GSP's striking was obviously very technical but you're delusional if you don't see the huge regression in his last few fights. I can't believe you're looking to bet him here.

Even back then his head never moved off the center line and he got way more hittable toward the end of his career. Bisping is obviously hittable too but GSP is not hurting or outstriking him over the course of 5 rounds.

do you think bisping will be scared of gsps vicious power Since gsp has knocked out so many guys with his stand up?

i will be betting bisping if im up. four years out thats a damn long time.

Outside of Bisping's one punch against Rockhold, does he have any fights in the past 6-7 years that were good + complete wins? It looks like he's mostly edging out shaky competition that is old + about to retire

Wouldn’t gsp qualify as old and just out of retirement and prob after this loss retired again

Here are the amount of career wins Bisping's victims have gotten after he beat them

Hendo: 0
Silva: 1 (a robbery win at that)
Leites: 2
Dollaway: 1
Le: 0
Belcher: 0
Stann: 0
Miller: 0
Rivera: 1
Akiyama: 1

And the thing is that most of these victories aren't that decisive. Hendo/Silva/Leites were all coinflips that Bisping won at home, CB Dollaway gave him the business in round 1 and almost caught him in rd 3 even after getting KO'd by Machida's corpse. And everything preceding that were against guys on the way out the door.

Sure he's been active and he's been winning, but he wasn't that good in his prime and he hasn't been performing well in the wins. He merely has a luckbox that has been carrying him through and masking his age. He looked like complete ass vs Hendo and frankly wasn't great in any of the prior fights, and has aged 13 months since.

I can't imagine anybody actually wanting to bet on Bisping. The dude is trash.

GSP doesn't have a fight in four years.

Does this REALLY matter? I don't see a shred of evidence that it does. He has had plenty of time to train for this fight, and he is training intelligently with access to top notch resources. Ring rust isn't a real thing.

Sure but Bisping is getting pretty old himself, and I'd say 36 y/o GSP is a better foe than 46 y/o Hendo, 40 y/o Silva, 33 y/o Leites, 35 y/o Tim Kennedy, 40 y/o Cung Le, etc.

I've got Bisping ML + Over 4.5 and if I were on 5Dimes I'd probably throw in that Bisping no scorecards prop too.

Of course not fighting in four years matters jesus christ. It's fuckin huge!! What has he been doing the past four years to what extent has he been training, all this talk of missing time, surgeries, fighting up a weight class after not fighting for four years, post USADA. There are sooo many question marks and a lot of them if not all of them relate to his four year absence.

Yes there are question marks. But he's still at an age where he can be good, he still is training intelligently, and he was so well rounded and built for 5 round decisions that there will still be some elements of his goodness remaining.

And there are no question marks about Bisping. The guy is obviously garbage. GSP may be good or he may only be OK, but no matter what he's higher floor and MUCH higher ceiling in this matchup.
