Crime Two Minnesota Lawmakers Shot

Stop it. Violence created this Country. Violence was used in lawful oppression of an entire race, the fruits of which are still enjoyed by Families today. Violence then freed those people. Violence was needed to garner voting rights for women. Violence was needed to secure worker's rights. Violence was essential in securing the rights of minorities. And you're aware of all of that. Persuading failed in all those cases, even in many cases AFTER legislation passed, it was ignored, and people had to resist power structures through Civil Unrest.

This kind of virtue signaling over easily-ignored recourse isnt helpful when fascism is breathing down the necks of citizens.
Approval of any political violence is abhorrent

Violence is the easy outlet for the weakest in our society that don't have enough intellect to persuade or motivate.

Wow, so you're so far gone, you're attributing your narrative to some people on Instagram posting right wing content. And you think this means nobody on the left is doing the same thing and pushing their own narratives?

Your reasoning is beyond retarded.

Projection as usual.
I know having friends and family on your social media is a foreign concept for you, but for most of us it's perfectly normal.

Seems like we should be investing more money into healthcare instead of slashing it and appointing a fucking nutjob to run the dept of HHS, huh?
Well, clearly what we've been doing doesn't work.

I don't like the "its your side's fault" bullshit. This is an American problem. Not a democrat or republican problem.

My right-wing friends are dumb? Honestly, I would agree with you.
There are exceptions to the rule. There are some that are just very traditional people that feel comfort in that. They are not driven by hate of people that disagree with them or are different. Misguided? Perhaps.

Idiocy is not exclusive to a particular political party.

Oh indeed, I'm mainly taking the piss. It's also people I train with and work with. Most are just misguided and repeating what their own algos have shown them. I don't follow accounts I don't know or watch stuff on social media unless its people I know posting it.

Maybe people keep repeating it because it's the obvious truth. It's objective fact.
You looking at this one event through a microscope and acting like this is the first example of lunacy we've seen. You know what you're doing. You're trying to absolve yourself.

Trump is sending the military into L.A. This isn't an isolated event. Sorry this guy wasn't trans. You guys would have had a field day with that one.

I would be saying the same thing if he was trans. You wouldn't.

Now you're not even trying to defend your nonsense.

"No, both sides aren't doing it. I know six right wingers on Instagram, and they are all trying to say he's left wing. This means nobody on the left is trying to say he's right wing. 2 + 2 = 7. Checkmate losers!"

Concession accepted.

That was written on almost every article and tweet you can find on this case. That was the first tweet I found announcing his capture. Take it up with the person who wrote it.
Really? I just did a search on the story and not one article referred to him as an associate of Walz. I don't have Twitter, but I guarantee the algorithm of someone who uses Twitter for right wing news is going to come up with a guy who is trying to pin this in the left.

But regardless of that, do you think the right wingers in this thread, who are using the connection to Walz as pinning this on Democrats/the left, are as you put it sick fucks?

All the spinning and blaming coming from the right just proves to me what I’ve come to learn about them. They want more of this. There is no red line with MAGA. I keep waiting and waiting for something to happen that makes MAGA come out in the open and condemn it but it never ever happens. I have no doubt that if that senator who was recently tackled to the ground was shot in the head instead they’d use the same line of defense. “We needed to protect people, you can’t come into a room aggressively like that.” Every single horrible action from either this regime or a random nutjob is never met with condemnation.

They hide behind the "mentally ill" aspect of this. Like, no shit! That doesn't absolve all blame. It's a lazy deflection which is especially ironic seeing as this new "Big Beautiful Bill" slashes healthcare and food assistance. That surely will help.
