I thought they mostly targeted actual abortionists, since that was more easily justifiable to them as murder of a murderer to prevent more murders. As opposed to political violence to attack the legal framework and funding. Can't recall the last case that made headlines, and I thought it'd fallen off a lot since the '80s.
