Crime Two Minnesota Lawmakers Shot

It's clearly terrorism, bruv.

There's a school of thought that only brown people commit terrorism, but there's plenty of white terrorists out there, this guy being one.
again, i just woke up and don't know much about what happened. but it sounds like political assassinations. i wouldn't call that terrorism personally.

its a politically motivated shooting and the suspect is still on the run
the dude had a manifesto
I think calling it domestic terrorism is completely fair
you guys have to relearn what the word "terrorism" means man.

I still can’t wrap my head around why it’s controversial to not want to give taxpayer money to non citizens or to remove people who entered the country illegally.

Did the org publicly agitate against the law? Do we have public statements by the shooter mentioning the law?

So you think he planned all this after the vote? Did the other lawmaker vote the same way? What investigation indication is there that the vote was the motivation?

Doesn't mention anything about illegals though, does this org specialize in services for illegals or just African immigrants generally?

You really think she was shot for that vote? Not saying is impossible but seems like a reach at this point.

They said these two victims were in close proximity. The Hoffman guy was known as being very bipartisan, working with republicans. Makes sense with a list of 70 people that you would get two in close proximity.

This is in the organizations webpage as their mission. Talks about closing the oppertunity gaps to getting healthcare.

Mission: Minnesota Africans United (MAU) is serving as the coalition of African immigrants in Minnesota that is centered on closing the opportunity gaps in agriculture, business development, education, employment, healthcare, housing, investment, and trade with the mission of creating awareness and increasing access to resources for African communities.

No specific official of the bill, from what I saw. Just a hunch tho based on what has been presented. Mayhaps I am wrong. I mean his list apparently did have pro lifers and abortion providers, which is a bit of a head scratcher

Regardless, I hope gov Walz puts out a harsh statement and really lets this guy know he is a big jerk and knucklehead

At that point why not target a Republican? Seems like even Tim Walz was on the list so seems like he targeted Democrats.

I read that, mentions nothing about the undocumented or illegals so I think the connection to the vote is tenuous.

Seems like a huge reach to me but anythings possible at this point.

It’s certainly politically motivated. Pretty scary stuff. The media has so much blood on their hands for radicalizing people.
Definitely political. Just not sure if he had a list of personal grievances or if he was casting a wide net for targets. Just glad he got intercepted early into his plans. Hope they find him soon.
