OK thanks, he is still playing the same rhetorical game where he wants to pretend words don't really mean what they mean or that there isn't a very clear way 'America First' has been expressed, though. Taken at the word of its acolytes 'America First' literally cannot mean 'deeper collaboration' at the same time as aggressively expressing american primacy and exceptional ism. He's being incredibly disingenuous about what Trump and his acolytes have been meaning by America First for years. Other countries are shit holes and them having the temerity to sell goods to America means they have been stealing jobs, taking advantage, they should pay for the privilege of having access to the US market. If the pushback had never happened and they could get away with it he'd be braying about US primacy and Trump's 4d chesz in the same way as the rest of them.
