abortion is a state issue because it is granular
there are levels of allowance in the term of abortion that people are comfortable with and those vary by state
I disagree that it's necessarily a state issue as much as an individual issue but I may be splitting hairs arguing that point. Idk.

Either way, I think it should be a matter of it being accessible in every state under different time lines rather than not being available at all in some places. And I do not think there should be any restrictions surrounding abortions to peraerve the health of the mother.

Ultimately, my stance is that you should be able to access critical medical treatment regardless of where you live. I understand there's many with conflicting beliefs based on faith and what have you so some variance may be inevitable.

The tariffs are going to be interesting. I don't think he's stupid enough to implement 10% across the board but who knows, he may actually be that dumb. For the most part, he'll likely just use tariffs for negotiating purposes. The tariffs on China are basically a guarantee though.
As stated earlier he has the businessman mentality which means low-grade extortion and blackmail. He speaks in extreme tongues but ultimately will negotiate.

as long as different states have different opinions there is no better way to deal with this
governments should be beholden to their constituents and abortion falls on a spectrum (ideally with relaxed allowances for the safety of the health of the mother)

Fair enough. At a minimum I agree that allowances must be made for the mother's safety.

Oh, I think he can keep most of those.

Granted, he’ll “end the Ukraine war” by stopping finding to Ukraine and letting Russia steamroll them, thereby weakening NATO and emboldening Russia, both things Trump enjoys doing anyway.

But yeah, he’ll almost certainly pass boneheaded tariffs that cripple farmers and harm the working class like last time, there will FOR SURE be tax cuts for the wealthy, he’s absolutely sacking Jack “The GOAT” Smith—protecting himself from prosecution is the actual reason he was running, after all—and he slashed climate, air and water regulations last time and will do so again.

One he won’t keep is no abortion ban—whether it’s done by legislature or Project 2025 dictator style, they are going to make women’s lives hell.

I think you nailed it.
