Republican rules in Nevada and Wisconsin (and I personally think the race will come down to WI) say they can’t open mail in ballots to start counting them until after the polls close. Instead of being able to count mail ballots throughout the day like other states.

Dems try to change that every cycle (at least in Wisconsin where I’m more familiar) but for whatever reason the state republicans always block it.

That's interesting I wonder why they block it. only thing I can think of is thinking if who they want to win is down there might be some BS cheating involved, but thats a far jump.
