This is what they have been arguing for a few weeks now in various courts. It is the full realization of the Bill Barr view which he had writtten about even before joining Trump.

Bill Barr believes the POTUS is the law and if the POTUS does it, it cannot be illegal for that reason. He believes in the supremacy of the WH and does not believe in Co-Equal branches nor checks and balances.

Ultimately his view is, if you think the POTUS committed a crime, and the statute of limitations has not passed, you can go after him only when he leaves office.

Should they choose to move forward with impeachment, then we will see more public hearings and information.

Then, if they choose to press charges that’s when things become public.

Donny's 2nd biggest problem is he needs to get some sort of straight shooter in his inner circle. Trump is too impulsive to be surrounded by yes men.
