Well sure, and that's the disconnect. I don't think that's what he did at all. As I understand it, at the time of the call, the Ukraine President didn't even know that Aid was even in question. Kind of hard to threaten to take something away from someone when they don't even know it's being withheld. To me it just seems like an excuse for the Dems to continue their Impeachment quest.

I think the most damaging part hasn't been the obvious quid pro quo or criminal activities to try and cover it up.

It's the look inside the inner operations of the Trump administration. Several Republicans defying the White House's obstructionist attempts in order to testify anyways. Such a dysfunctional White House Trump is running that even his own appointees hate him as a leader.
