He triggers liberals
- is the economy doing better than 4 years ago?
- is the border getting secured?
- is ISIS more compromised?
- do more people have jobs?
- are minorities and women doing better?
I think answering those questions are a pretty good start in figuring out what if the president is doing a good job. Others may point out the supposed scandals and cabinet turnover etc but people are really about jobs, border and national security, education and health care.
I think that’s the key to why these so called scandals and inquiries exist - because you can’t attack the president on his record and apparently doubt the ability to legitimately defeat him at the ballot box.
We wouldn’t even be “negotiating” with China if someone other than Trump was in office.
So thanks Obama? Because we had all of that during the last administration. The difference you ask? One, we didn’t have to trash our alliances or law enforcement to get here. Two, we didn’t have to give the rich a tax break OR deregulate every industry to 1980.

What is the evidence that there's anything wrong with the polling methodology? The process is more complex than I think posters (and the moron who tweeted about it) understand.
Obama presided over the slowest rebound growth in history, let ISIS almost take over the entire ME and Nth Africa as well as putting the USA’s trade status as weaker than it had been in a long time so no, he’s not a person to mention in any positive sense.
You see what Trump’s doing with China which I’ll admit, I had some private doubts if he could pull it off. It required some nerve and real political strength but it’s the kind of almost reckless strength that only Trump could accomplish.

Again, we're talking about the claim that he is a "great" president. The above numbers suggest that the gains in the economy are largely or partially due to momentum from the Obama era. What's more, Trump's trade war has legitimately hurt the upswing.
Overall, to hand over the greatness moniker on such low standards is particularly scammy when in every other area Trump is awful. He's more divisive than any president on the planet. The country has never been more divided. He administration is a constant carnival of resignations and scandals. His obsession with crushing his rivals and conspiracy theories leads him towards criminal acts. His recklessness gets in the way of his own agenda. His foreign policy is arbitrary. And so on and so forth.
Take Trump's performance and throw it into a presidential veil of ignorance a la John Rawls. A jury of onlookers who are ignorant of their own political affiliations and Trump's political affiliations judge his performance and behavior against other modern presidents (the veil of ignorance maintaining).

Of course we wouldn't. Democrats (and many Republicans) are up to their corrupt asses in Chinese money. That's kind of the problem... Took immense courage to stand up to China and Trump is the only man who was clean enough and courageous enough to take them on.

I think it was even worse than that. What they tried to do is frame a sitting President for Treason and undo the results of a fair and free election. If they could have they would've put he and his sons in Prison, or worse... Thankfully they are inept and only served to expose thier own corruption. I hope to God this is NEVER allowed to happen again and I hope Barr kicks some of their asses straight to Prison.

Ya know... this is the problem with you guys. You take people who are moderate often former Democrat voters like myself, and then you can't make a point without insulting them or in some cases outright attacking them. Saw it happen again the other day with @franklinstower. He's 90% on YOUR side, but unless it's 100% I guess he's just a "useful idiot".
In the end, all you guys are doing is creating more converts to the Republican party. Dems need a serious time out... I suspect once AG Barr releases his findings that's exactly what you are going to get.
