International Trump/Putin Summit

Trump just betrayed America....undeniably

He put russia over hardworking American citizens working to protect America via intelligence.

He put russia over the men and women who have prevented terrorist attacks on American soil.

Its truly a disgrace.....what makes it worse, is that right wingers have betrayed America as well for supporting trump.

This is why Russia in the election and wanted trump to win....say what you want about hilary clinton(She sucks, I dont like her) but atleast she wasnt a russian/putin cuck, and putin knew this, thus he trolled people on facebook to help trump.

So fuck trump and pussy fucking right wing putin cucks...you people are a fucking disgrace and have just officially betrayed America!!!!!

They didn't though.
The dems are upset that they got their dirty laundry aired. Too bad, they said what they said, and I for one like to know what our politicians really think and say when the cameras and mics and teleprompters are off.
See, now you're really sinking low man. You're implying it's ok to break the law and undermine our democracy. Also, the content of the emails was not bad at all and certainly no where as close to as bad as the media reported.

Never in my life have I seen or heard a sitting POTUS question American intelligence agencies abroad to an enemy of the State.

It's unfuckingreal what this asshole is willing to do to shit on his country.
He took 5 deferments. Not as a conscientious objector, but as a rich asshole.

Any word on when the Russia sanctions will be lifted?
They really aren't fair when you think about it. I mean, look at Russia and look at us. Look at NATO. Look at China. In closing, we're going to repeal and replace those sanctions with friend.

Well, I don't know when it was produced man, if that's what you're asking. But it came out during Trump's presidency.

I'm just pushing back on the vague praise of "better relations". We don't want war, but we don't want to be friendly with countries that are actively trying to undermine our goals either.
Germany is undermining us by dealing with Russia for their NG. Yet, we are expected to defend them without question.
What US goals are Russia trying to undermine? If anything, we are encroaching on their sphere of influence, not the other way around.

Didn't we just question an FBI agent under oath for possibly colluding to stop said president from winning the election?
Yes, the Republicans in Congress are working with Trump in an attempt to discredit the investigation by muddying the waters.

That is actually true. Nice work, little buddy.

Wait, we can't move on until you acknowledge that you're ok with breaking the law to reveal the content of private property or admit that you goofed there. The right used to market themselves as the party of the law, but man have they fallen.

I wonder why Trump trusts Putin...maybe the orthodox christianity that Putin supposedly adheres to?

Russia is explicitly an enemy of Western democracy and NATO. It's not a hidden agenda or anything like that, it's just state policy. There are areas of potential cooperation like North Korea, Syria, Turkey, certain instances of Muslim terrorism and Chinese expansion, but so far none of those have panned out for US-Russia relations. It's all very hostile. They've been very effective, too. Like convincing enough of the world that it was okay to militarily invade and annex territory owned by a founding UN member. Our president, rather than being hostile to Russia, welcomes their propaganda into our borders, lies on their behalf, and sucks off Putin on the world stage while agents working under his orders are committing crimes in our political system - and Trump is simultaneously praising the crimes and denying them. There's a lot of nuance to the ways in which they are simply an enemy.

So you see no benefit to any kind of long-term alliance with Russia (beyond the basics presumably, like preventing nuclear war / MAD scenarios)? No substantial common ground in our ways of life? More dissimilar than similar? And you think we should be more aggressive with them, less diplomatic?

The old Left: We should stop with all these aggressive, militaristic foreign relations, & be more diplomatic instead

The new Left: WHY ARENT WE GOING TO WAR WITH RUSSIA & NORTH KOREA WTF
you..... are a Trump supporter? duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude.... whatsupwitdat??

No, I'm not.
It is what it is. I find it difficult to take the same people that excused Hillary's use of not only an un-secure server, but various cellphones, to transmit sensitive material seriously. This newfound concern for data security is a day late and a dollar short.

Trump talking about relations with Russia being the “worst ever”, perhaps he’s never heard of The Cuban Missle Crisis?

Our intelligence agencies are a corrupt joke.
Russia interferes in our elections and it would be incomprehensibley stupid to pretend otherwise and do nothing about it.

Russia is NOT a friend. Not yet.
This isn't Gorby. There's another cold war happening, right now, and the choices are stark. Do something or bend over and get fucked.

Meanwhile the POTUS believes Putin. He's a fucking rube.

James O'Brien sums up the tactics Trump is using!
