I found that out but Vivek has less words to defend than JD and a surprising amount of independents have a soft spot for him because he is coming into politics as a "unpaid for'' puppet.

4. Youth
5. From a flyover state

For Trump, this is probably a pure self-interest move. Pence wouldn't step in and decertify the election and then turned on Trump. I think Vance was chosen because he's the antithesis of Pence. It's not lazy or uneducated or ill-informed. But it is motivated by reasons that don't match "pick the best VP candidate".

All that said, the guy is really fucking odd looking, lol.

As to others talking about his past comments, here he was in July of 2021, when no one thought Trump would be capable of coming back politically, standing by his side. Dude is as MAGA as it gets



In other interviews, he also talks about how he bought into the fake narratives cause by Russia gate, stormy daniels, etc. He can articulate all of Trump's policies, cause he supports them. In this clip though, he even says he wants people to invite him to discuss why he changed his mind, cause he feels a lot of people would if they look at trump and his presidency objectively

The shit haircut and unkempt beard is probably intentional to appeal to his voter base. You don't want to look too "well-groomed".
