Law Trump just pardoned 1.5k rioters and Proud Boys.....

One of these people wasn’t BLM at all, it was a 19 year old white dude.
But regardless, people were caught, charged, sentenced to years in prison.

I have no issue condemning violence, and I have no issue condemning whomever commits it, whether they consider themselves a member of BLM or not.
What I won’t do, and what we shouldn’t do, is paint the entire BLM organization with that brush when there were a series of these protest events with all sorts of people involved, as I’ve demonstrated. There were various bad actors, some right wing and some letf wing in their beliefs, some black, some white, some there to support BLM, some just there to loot.

January 6 was a Donald Trump rally, FFS.
Could there be a random bad actor here or there? Sure. But by and large, they were Trump supporters actively supporting Trump at a Trump scheduled and Trump sanctioned rally.
That whole movement deserves to be painted with that brush. Founded entirely on lies and mistruths, money funneled directly to whoever was at the top, and used violence to further their political message. There’s no separating BLM from that. They showed the world what their movement is all about in 2020. Billions in damage, dozens dead, businesses lost, millions of dollars in looted merchandise, etc. All with the blessing of Democrats and the media.

Andy literally everyone knows they when anyone’s says the protests were mostly peaceful, they’re being sarcastic smart asses. Everyone. In this very thread, I was arguing with rational poster and you piled on. Then in this very thread you accused those arguing with you of piling on. This very thread.
Hee hee that's a great way of saying you have literally zero evidence for your claims, though an English teacher might point out it's unnecessarily wordy.

Way to go.

And this is just not true on multiple levels. BLM doesn’t (or didn’t, not sure if it’s changed since then) have a formal leadership structure at the top. They are a decentralized collective with no formal hierarchy. I understand why, but I think this works against them, as things that happen in some specific chapter which happen to be bad or fucked up end up hurting the reputation of the whole movement when that’s not really accurate.
As I’ve shown, some of this damage and looting wasn’t BLM at all. There were various right wing elements that also contributed, random instigators who exploited the situation to loot and cause damage, and other things.

I guess the MAGA movement showed us what their movement was about after the 2020 election and on January 6 as well then, eh? I should paint them all with that same broad brush?

Are you talking about this incident?

All of these guys got 3-4 years in prison, nobody’s pardoned them.

Let’s not forget this fine right winger Boogaloo Blu fellow.

Guess it wasn’t all “BLM” after all. Sentenced to 4 years in prison.
Everyone also wants to forget the right wing militia in Oregon that took over and held a federal building for weeks on end.

You have to be kidding me.

Are you suggesting being a member of the Proud Boys makes you guilty for being there regardless of any actions you did or didn't take part of?

I don't know the details of each defendant, but that Terrio(sp) guy wasn't even in DC.
Tarrio was part of the conspiracy, he didn't have to be there, and what I'm saying is that the group had bullhorns ready to direct rally goers to the Capitol and were among the first to break through the barricades and assault the police.

Now clear it up for me if you're suggesting the folks, like Tarrio, that were convicted of Seditious Conspiracy and for the premeditated and violent actions I described above should have been pardoned?

That’s why he was charged with seditious conspiracy and not outright sedition. He planned an armed overthrow of the government on that day, but just prior to Jan 6, was arrested in DC for burning a BLM banner at a church and found with high capacity magazines bearing the Proud Boys insignia. As part of this whole incident, he was ordered to leave DC. That’s why he wasn’t there, he would have been otherwise.

Thus, he was charged with planning sedition, but not outright sedition itself because by mere happenstance he couldn’t end up being there. People like to paint Jan 6 as some protest that got out of hand, but Tarrio told us what it was: “Make no mistake, we did this.”

I'm not really following along with you guys, and hope you don't think I'm piling on, but yes the right uses the summer of love and mostly peaceful in a mocking manner. Realistically though the BLM protests were mostly peaceful as in most people were there to protest police brutality while some just showed up to see what they could rob and burn down.

It's no different than the Stop the Steal rallyers were mostly peaceful with only a thousand or two of them actually breaching the Capitol and less than that actually attacking police or breaking/stealing property.

Yes. Liberals are justifying locking people up for decades because they trespassed.

Luckily the libs got destroyed in the election so their corrupt bullshit is crumbling.
I’ve asked several times who you guys are referring to and no one has been able to say. Who got “locked up for decades” solely for being in a restricted area? I’ve posted databases listing all those convicted and their sentences.

ColemanwasaHACK is almost as bad as Spin Marino...

Noone is talking about the trespassers. I am talking about the dude who beat up a female officer so bad, she has permanent brain damage. Do you always defend women beating men or just when Trump pardons them?

SAme could be said of the J6ers. Did that female police officer deserved to have permanent brain damage because some dude believed the Cyber Ninja that the election was stolen.

No. It has to be the other way around. That was yet another chance to offer up any minor tidbit whatsoever to support your many claims about me and about how people arrested following the Jan. 6 insurrection were treated, and you failed utterly once again.

You fail over and over to show me up because you hate my guts only for making you look dumb, when sadly, you didn't need my help. You can pack it in now because it's not going to get any better for you.

Spot on.

lol @ comparing to January 6th. The overwhelming majority of Trump voters, and Americans in general, thought anyone who broke the law that day should face the consequences. Ones that fit with the crime. You don't have that with BLM. They all supported the violence.

Bro, Trump pardoned them all, and it's a complete fabrication that everyone taking a stand against the type of police brutality that killed Floyd supported a violent protest.

Are you sure about that because you are still. Whataboutism for 3 pages now about a man being pardoned who beat up a female cop so fucking bad she has permanent brain damage.
So save me the pearl clutching.
Also go back to those treads and you will always see I support any protest as long as you don’t break the law.
Never thought I would see you go to the mattresses for a dude who gave a female police officer brain damage. Pro -tip it’s a really fucking bad look for you.
