Elections Trump Indicted On 91 Counts

What exactly is your argument here? Adam Kinzinger said Trump smelled, so people should be ashamed to be against Trump? How does that work?

Kinzinger is hardly the first, anyway. "DiaperDon" trended on Twitter years ago after an employee said he was always shitting himself on set and getting his diapers changed.

ahh yes. #DiaperDon was a thing of beauty! one of the best things to come out of 2020.

i always thought the #DiaperDon thing stemmed from the orange infant sitting at that itsy bitsy little tiny desk of his during his veterans day addressment. one of the pictures made him look like he was wearing a diaper. not this one, but it gets me every time!

The NY civil trial will wrap up in a few days. After Trump is fined they'll panic wrestle with claims that a "real" judge is going to overturn this, and Trump will never pay anyway, and Joe Biden is the real criminal! blah blah.

i forgot about all of that. ahh yes, its going to be beautiful. i wouldnt be surprised if judge engoron hits this man for closer to a billion or more in damages than the 250 million they were originally asking for, on top of seizing all of his new york businesses and properties.

the democratic party, the media, the establishment, everybody. how low do they have to go and how badly do they burn it all down before you say enough is enough?

The media? The same big media that made a reality star a president?

You're fired.

Man your so hollow even your trolling is as thin as a 90s model on crack

The media? The same big media that made a reality star a president?

i'll bet it was the media who paid off the porn star with campaign funds, sent a bunch of fraudulent electors to the capitol, and planted those pesky classified documents inside of the mar-a-lardo. it was the media who stormed the capitol chanting to hang their vice president after mike pence refused the media's outrageous demands and he decided to follow the constitution instead.

the media wouldn't let cheeto benito concede election defeat and go along with a peaceful transition of power.

it was the media who put forward 91 felony charges against orange cosby. it was the media who laid out all of the evidence of crime in front of a grand jury and got cheeto benito indicted. it was the media who signed off on the indictments, and even the mar-a-lago search warrant. it's the media who is going to be testfying against zesto molesto in his criminal trials. and it's going to be the media who convicts him too!

i'm pretty sure that bill gates, george soros, and that pesky deep state had something to do with it all too. though i haven't paid my $9.99 subscription to the tucker carlson network just yet so i'm not really sure what to think.

It's just so funny.

Dude was a fucking reality star.

I would not know who he was WITHOUT THE MEDIA.

the same media that loved him as a president cause it meant record views because it made people outraged.

That media? That one? They are against him?

They love him. Cause all they have to do is go "president trump today said..." and they get views

he's the medias darling alright. but i can't see why they would want to see him get locked up so he would finally just fuck off and fade away and people would just forget about him and they'd move on to pressing other matters for clicks and tv ratings.

which people? the republicans from within trump's inner circle who have decided to throw the stinky orange toddler under the bus and testify against him just to spare themselves a bit of extra prison time for their participation in diaper don's crimes? they're the ones who are supposed to get stabbed in the back by the apricot antichrist and take the fall for him. not the other way around dammit!! seems like quite the loyal people. only the best!

and its not just all those deep state rino's from the georgia indictments who are gonna sell your boy out. lets talk about the mar-a-lardo indictment. whenever the angry orange toddler has his day in court to face those charges, you're going to be seeing a whole lot of testimony and witnesses from only one political side of the spectrum brought forward to help lock him up. can you guess which side it is? i'll give you a hint. it's not the democrats. and did the media sign off on a search warrant for the mar-a-lardo, or was that fbi "raid" of yours signed off by just another trump-appointed republican?

i'm curious to know who "these people" you speak of actually are. do they have real names and exist on this planet, or are they imaginary and made up just like orange cosby's health care plan and the election fraud fairy?
"Apricot antichrist" [<dunn]

ahh shit here we go again with orange twitler giving his imaginary tales of people calling him up with tears in their eyes and telling him how great he is or just how he is being wronged or whatever.

whatever gives combover caligula a break from rambling on about windmills and showerheads i guess.

if i was a democrat and had some trump hatred, after watching how far these people are willing to go to get him, i might switched sides by now.
The Amicus brief was filed by former officials (lawyers) who worked with 5 different Republican administrations, dating back to Nixon.

Matthew W. Edwards/Richard D. Bernstein/Nancy A. Temple/
Micheal Ludigg et al

You can see the brief here

So, no, it isn't a Dem thing, it's actual Republicans that are acknowledging Trump's lack of immunity in this case. I just don't understand how it properly applies, since I don't have 50 years of legal experience, y'know?

A lawsuit against Trump's Bedminister golf club and Alina Habba was filed last month, brought by an Alice Bianco.

Basic summary:
  • Alice Bianco started working at Trump's Bedminster golf club when she was 21.
  • Her boss started sexually harassing her and ended up sexually assaulting her.
  • Bianco found out that this was happening to bunch of other employees. They joined together in a complaint to general management. Bianco also got a lawyer.
  • A few days later, Bianco was waiting tables at the club and Alina Habba was one of the guests.
  • Alina Habba offered to "help" Bianco, but never mentioned she was Trump's lawyer. She pretended to be a neutral party. Habba encouraged Bianco to fire her existing lawyer and took over after poisoning Bianco's relationship with her existing lawyer. This is apparently in violation of professional ethics rules for lawyers.
  • Habba strong armed Bianco into quickly signing an NDA. Habba told Bianco that time was limited and argued against having another lawyer look at the NDA. Habba also told Bianco that she would get them to pay for therapy and the settlement would be tax free.
  • Bianco never got to see a draft of the settlement until about 8 months after she signed it and after repeated request to Habba's law firm.
  • A number of provisions in the NDA were apparently illegal, according to New Jersey state law.
  • Habba ghosted Bianco after the deal was signed.
  • Bianco realized Habba was Trump's lawyer after seeing her on TV representing Trump in multiple cases.
  • There was never any money for therapy in the settlement and Bianco did have to pay taxes on it

Bianco wants:
  • An injunction preventing the defendants from enforcing the settlement agreement
  • A declaration that the NDA is void and the settlement was fraudulently induced
  • A referral of Alina Habba and Habba Madaio & Associates to the Office of Attorney Ethics for ethics violations
  • Attorneys fees and costs of suit

so it looks like Alina Habba's law license may be in danger in the near future if this lawsuit is successful, and cheeto benito might very well have to find another parking garage lawyer and melania-lookalike to do his bidding.

she was also gloating the other week about being sanctioned earlier this year for nearly a million dollars over one of her frivolous lawsuits. being such a shitty lawyer that you get sanctioned for that kind of money is nothing to brag about.

trump only hires the best. and doesnt pay them.

If Habba is still practicing by the end of 2024, it'll be a miracle. This was some exceptionally sleazy shit.

stop editing your posts lol.

these people waited almost 9 years to call him smelly. smelly...lol.

you're not ashamed that you hitch your wagon to these people? how low do they have to go before you say you've had enough?
Dude you can tell in photos Trump is wearing a diaper. Its well known he wears one.
You are just mad because a dude you think is an Alpha walks around in a shit filled diaper.
There was some people who worked on the Apprentice that made the same claim about Trump's shitting his pants

About Trump's "total immunity" claim? I MUST agree with these Republicans.

Guys, I just have to.

<DCWhoa>

I'll make fun of trump at any turn cause he's an absurd bitch and his trumpidians are the easiest thing to upset.

But that Trump smelly article was so lame

But it's also par the course after all the things Trump has said about his opponents.

Literally American politics is a shit show these days

election was stolen by the people who ran interference for the bidens, j6 was an intentional security failure so they can claim insurrection and steal 2024, and almost nobody but trupm hater buy ms. bergdorf's accusations.
I’ve seen people like this on tv, but I’ve never ran into one in the wild. It’s fascinating .

Shhh. Don’t ruin their fun!

These people?
The DC Court of Appeals has take the unusual step of agreeing to read a brief by leading REPUBLICAN SENIOR OFFICIALS led by Judge Luttig arguing for the first time in our US legal history that Trump cannot be immune from criminal indictment where he is charged with interfering with the peaceful transfer of power mandated by Article 2 of the Constitution.

Yep, that's the filing I mentioned.... thanks for that, even after this vid, I'm not 100% clear on the import.

If I'm not mistaken...
An Amicus brief in this case is saying "Hey, we're friends of the court and we believe that the President does NOT have 100% blanket immunity.
