In ALL of Donnie's trials they do NOT want to dispute the facts, because he is dead to rights in each and every one. It is ALWAYS delay, or try to weasel out of the process entirely. He doesn't present a defense in court, because he doesn't fucking have one. Their defense is hopeful presidential self-pardon. Pretty fucking sad.
So... NY Fraud Civil Letittia James & Co in front of Judge Arthur Engoron trial on break until the new year where they will hear final arguments, and then a sure to be short break for determination... it's all over but the crying...Paused. Money on the line.
NY Criminal trial...Alvin Bragg is set to go, March 25th for falsifying business records in the 1st degree....34 counts (the hush money trial)....but Judge Juan Merchan will move if another trial (DC trial) needs the slot. If Trump's delay bullshit is successful, this will run...Life in jail on the line. (Max 136 years )
FL...Jack Smith & Co. set for May 2024, but it's in Judge Aileen "to the right" Cannon Limbo.... apparently she can't be compelled to actually do her job and she is performing to pattern. In her entire career as a Federal Judge she's only had a few (3 or 4 I think) cross the finish line . She gets paid $80K a year to stall. The fact that they only make $80K/year kind of points out why it's so fucking easy for rich folks to get their way y'know? ...This is a simple case, but I have no hope that it will ever run, and certainly not prior to the 2024 election. Jail for life on the line. (Max 450 years)
GA--Fani WIllis before Judge Scott McAffee --Trial date of Aug 5th Requested, not approved by Judge McAfee as yet...this will be flexed, since it takes a back seat to Federal trials, so when Judge Cannon's imaginary date of May 2024 falls through they may seek to accelerate. Life in Jail on the line @ Trump's age. (76 years Max )
DC--Jack Smith & Co before Judge Tonya Chutkan....Conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election, set for March 4/2024... currently on pause (stay) pending rulings from the state Supreme court, and, ultimately Scotus on applicability of Presidential Immunity. Both the DC Circuit (Trump's initial filing due on Dec 23rd) and Scotus (initial review as to whether or not they will hear the case ) have been expedited, with Team Trump's filing to Scotus due on Dec 20th. ( Facing max 55 years).
Add to that they myriad of civil cases that will come about as a result of the denial of civil Presidential Immunity in regards to the Jan 6th folks injured/killed during the insurrection.

Contrast that with Biden, as opposed to selling pardons, he doesn't even pardon his son. Integrity chuds, there's your definition for the day.......we feel like something is off, he can't be clean since we are all on the grift.
