Sorry. You might benefit from beet root and L Arginine. I will say that it is important to not use listerine or eat anything high fat after taking the beet root. The listerine kills beneficial bacteria in your mouth that help extract the nitrates and the fat seems to put a halt to the benefit period.
Listerine seems to have a link to the onset of diabetes as well. If you want a mount wash then get tea tree oil and put a couple two three drops in some water and rinse with that. It actually works better than prescription mouth wash for periodontal disease.
