Again, you're literally parroting Trump's own bullshit argument. Last time I checked, party affiliation doesn't disqualify someone for bringing a case or a judge from being involved.

Hell, he could have had a jury trial if he wanted, but his own incompetence fucked that up for him, putting the judge front and center.

The FACTS speak for themselves. He inflated his assets to obtain more favorable loan terms, and deflated them when it came time to pay his taxes. That's fraud.

Notice how you can't/won't dispute any of the actual details of the fraud he committed. Just going after after the AG and judge. Same shit that Trump does. Works on social media. Not in court.
